The 37th Annual American Music Awards was held on Sunday, the 22^nd of November at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California.

The Winners were decided by the online votes cast at ama.abc.com, amavote.com and mycokerewards.com.

The evening was studded with stars. Shakira performed ‘Give It Up To Me’ as part step show and the other half aerial exhibition. Janet Jackson brought the house down with a medley of “Control” into “What Have You Done For Me Lately” into “Miss You Much” into “If.”  There were many more performances including Rihanna’s ‘Wait Your Turn’, J Lo’s new single ‘Louboutins’, Nelly Furtado, Whitney Houston and Green Day.

Many Twilight addicted fans must be going crazy with happiness but, what many men do not know is that Robert Pattinson is sweet poison. Now your daughter, girlfriend, wives, lover are all going to have a better accessibility to Robert Pattinson and his vampire romance. Try and hide them before its too late.

Pattinson has signed a $500 million deal for a Twilight TV series, which could begin its shooting from early next year. The 23-year old British actor could land as much as $1.5 million as episode as part of the deal. Now that IS big money for someone so young. Lucky Bastard!

In the Television series, Robert Pattinson will continue to reprise the role of Edward Cullen. This initiative to branch out to televsion has been taken by Summit Entertainment – this is the same production house for the twilight saga.

New Moon released this month has become a monster-hit with its box-office opening being the biggest this year (even more than Harry Potter movie opening). The third and final instalment of the Twilight series – Eclipse is due to release in June 2011.
